At Books and Bonds, we believe in the transformative power of literature and the strength of community. Our mission is to create a space where people who want to make an impact on their community through literacy programs for students reading below grade level and in need of support.

Our Story

Books and Bonds aims to empower students by fostering impactful relationships through reading and mentorship resulting in increased literacy skills and personal growth.

What We Offer

• Book and Bites: School lunch read-alouds for students referred for reading support or mentorship.
• Books and Bytes: Virtual read alouds for students referred for reading support outside of school.
• Books and Brags: Bring your colleagues for a team reading event at a local elementary school highlighting the industry your organization represents.
• Books at Breaks: Building home libraries for program students with donations of new or gently used books.

Our Vision

The goal of Books and Bonds is to build literacy skills through impactful
relationships through our Books and Bites lunch time reading program
and Books and Bytes virtual reading program.
